Cancellation Policy for HydrateXpress, Inc. - Mobile IV Therapy Services

HydrateXpress, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice to our clients.

Confirmation Process: Once an appointment is confirmed by our staff, the following cancellation terms will apply:

For confirmed appointments, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees.
To cancel or reschedule, please respond directly to your appointment confirmation email or use our email address [email protected]

Unconfirmed Appointments: Appointments not confirmed before the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
If you or any members of your group cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 per individual or per group member will be charged, alongside a full refund of the appointment fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Small Groups (3 or Fewer): Incomplete attendance will result in full charges for absent members.
Large Groups (4 or More): Absent members will receive refunds for their services but will incur a $50 no-show fee per person.

Our memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation will result in a charge for the remaining balance.
Unused monthly treatments are non-refundable and expire at the end of each month
